Returns & Refund Policy

Workshops

Due to logistics, the people involved and hotel cancellation policies, our workshops are non-refundable. We encourage you to have a valid travel insurance before embarking on the trip.
If you are unable to attend your booking, we advise giving us atleast 30 days notice, we will do our best to offer you an alternative date for your workshop.

Prints

Should you not enjoy your new print, framed or unframed, we will happily exchange the item for in-store credit. This is provided that we recieve the return within 30 days from your order and as long as the prints, frame and glass are undamaged and in its original packaging.

We are happy to replace or exhange for store credit any broken or damaged items within 30 days of your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or voucher. If you are approved, then your replacement or voucher will be processed and you will recieve an email with details.

If you are not happy with your order or it does not live up to your we will happily exchange the item for in-store credit. This is provided that we recieve the return within 30 days from your order and as long as the item is undamaged and in its original packaging. We unfortunately cannot exchange food items for store credit, but are happy to offer a replacement.
