Wreath Making, Roasting over open fire, festive cocktails and candle lit carols; this is what makes Christmas in the English countryside truly magical. The hills glisten with frost and the streets are lit up with seasonal lights, an experience we are so thrilled to share with you.

Probabaly our favourite workshop of the year, the annual Autumn workshop, sees the English countryside embracing one of the most beautiful times of year. The hedgerows are full of wild berries, the gardens packed with seasonal vegetables and the trees are slowly turning that beautiful orange.

I am excited to be teaming up with the team from Lens & Larder for a unique workshop at the acclaimed Ballymaloe Cookery School near Cork, in Ireland. A workshop that celebrates and visually documents a most exceptional farm-to-table food experience, anchored in the unparalleled ethos of sustainability and organic slow food methods.

Each year we host a workshop, where we spend three days foraging for seasonal wild produce, create food and drinks with our gathered abundance and work on storytelling through photography and the written words.
